IX Series Integration with EMERgency24’s ICCS-LINK Network Gateway Appliance

The Incident Command and Communication Service (ICCS) integration with the Aiphone IX Series allows its units to be viewed and interacted with via the ICCS-Link Gateway, and an associated ICCS web portal. This allows IX Series door station call buttons, “Normal” and “Emergency” triggers, to be remotely monitored by a third-party central station and broadcast via 2-way mass communication web service. The integration also allows users to remotely define, trigger and actively monitor Aiphone devices for functionality.
